Contact us Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes, you can visit our showroom to see our most popular hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas in person. Our team will walk you through the models and answer any questions. We’re located at 1111 Development Drive, Brockville Ontario. We're open 7 Days a week by Appointment (Virtual or In-person)
Do you provide instructions or training for new owners?
Yes, we provide full training for new owners. Instead of making you come into the store, we come to your home once your spa is filled and ready to go. Our team walks you through everything step-by-step on your own hot tub so you’re completely comfortable using and maintaining it. It’s part of our old-school service values.
Can you help me arrange site prep (pad, deck, or foundation)?
Yes, we can help with site preparation. We work with vetted local contractors throughout our entire service area and can help coordinate your pad, deck, or foundation project from start to finish.
Who do I contact for service or repairs?
All service and repairs are handled in-house from our location at 1111 Development Drive, Brockville, Ontario. You can reach us 7 days a week by calling 613-572-2777 or emailing info@polarsprings.ca for any service needs.
Is there a trade-in program for existing spas?
Yes, we offer a trade-in program. If your tub is under 10 years old, we’re interested in a direct trade-in. If it’s over 10 years old, our manufacturers may offer incentives such as cash value, free removal, or other promotions based on their current programs.
